Dear God, my spirit is willing but my flesh is weak. Be with me as I face my temptations today. Help me to overcome the things that tempt me. Carry these burdens when I can’t shoulder them on my own. Help me every time I struggle, and let me leave each temptation at the foot of Your cross. Lift me up, Lord. Amen.
