Jesus, you know each person I will talk to or meet today. Bless them all and grant that I may always have the right and loving words for them. Let me take care of my well-being and health as well. Remind me to eat healthy food, exercise, and enable me to relax when I can. Grant that I may lie down to rest in the evening with a sense of joy and gratitude for this successful day I have spent with You. Amen.
