Morning Prayer for Today – You Take The Glory!

Father,

Thank you for the huge privilege and divine grace of seeing this new day. Thank you for everything I have been able to do so far in my life.

I know this would not have been possible only by my human abilities or connections.

Lord, it was all your doing. You take all the glory!

Thank you for your divine mercies in my life. You always carried me through many challenges and trials, even when I didn’t deserve your kindness.

You are the reason my life is worth living. As I get into this new day, Father, cover me with your blood, scatter the enemies and cause confusion in my enemy’s camps.

Lord, take charge of the people in sickness, everyone in the bondage of debts, those displaced by wars around the world, and those crying for a fresh start.

As you take charge of my own family, take charge of every other family.

As you hold my hand, please hold the hands of your beloved, and give us a victory in every situation.

Lord be with us throughout this day for the glory of your holy name.
