Morning Prayer for Today – Glory To You, Jesus

Dear Lord,

This morning I thank You for your unfailing grace.

So great is your faithfulness and steadfast love for me.

I have no idea what lies ahead of my day and how much I’ll accomplish, but you do know, my Father.

Therefore, I surrender this day to you.

Fill me with your Holy Spirit. Give me the energy to do your work. Awaken me to the beauty of your salvation and hasten my spirit to the reality of all you do in my life.

Lord, help me focus entirely on you. Let me trust that you are in charge, no matter how my human eyes perceive situations.

I fully entrust myself to you and humbly ask that you use me in whichever way for your glory.

I am here today because you wanted, Jesus.

I will glorify You through my thoughts, words, and actions.
