Morning Prayer for Today – Hold My Hand, Lord

Heavenly Father,

Thank you for loving me.

Thank you for your mercy and your hand of grace upon my life.

I know, Lord, that were it not for your gracious hand of protection, I wouldn’t have surmounted many obstacles in my physical and spiritual life.

Your word is clear that those who place their hope in you will have their strength renewed.

They’ll soar high on wings like eagles and run and not grow weary.

Your word is life Lord. Help me grow in faith, renew my strength Lord to hold onto faith regardless of my circumstances.

Help me to be a vessel that glorifies your holy name. Help me to be an asset to the body of Christ.

Lord, I pray that you hold my hand and establish my heart to stand in faith and trust in you.

Take charge, Lord, for the glory of your holy name,

in Jesus’ name,
