Good Lord,
I look forward to the new day we will spend together.
Thank you for guiding me along my path. Thank you for protecting me from falls that would have unnecessary consequences.
In Psalm 67:4, you say:
May the nations be glad and sing for joy, for you rule the peoples with equity and guide the nations of the earth.
Thank you for Your love and care. You give it in abundance, if only we ask for it.
Today I am asking for Your abundance and loving closeness.
I am encouraged by the words of the Apostle Peter from his First Letter 5:7:
“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.”
We need love because only with love can we build real life. Without Your love, Jesus, life is empty.
I turn to You to encourage me to take new steps and give me Your blessing.
