God’s Promise For Today: Jeremiah 29:12
When you call to me and come and pray to me, I shall listen to you.
When you call to me and come and pray to me, I shall listen to you.
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled, and do not let them be afraid.”
“He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.”
The sisters sent this message to Jesus, ‘Lord, the man you love is ill.’ On receiving the message, Jesus said, ‘This sickness will not end in death, but it is for God’s glory so that through it the Son of God may be glorified.’
“And all things you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive.”
In that day you will not question Me about anything Truly, truly, I say to you, if you ask the Father for anything in My name, He will give it to you. “Until now you have asked for nothing in My name; ask and you will receive, so that your joy may be made full.
“No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your strength, but with the temptation will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it.”
“I hereby command you: Be strong and courageous; do not be frightened or dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
“Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.”
“Honor your father and your mother, so that your days may be long in the land that the Lord your God is giving you.”
Yes, I know what plans I have in mind for you, Lord declares, plans for peace, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.
“If any of you is lacking in wisdom, ask God, who gives to all generously and ungrudgingly, and it will be given you.”
