Morning Prayer for Today – Take Away My Pain

Heavenly Father,

I lift my hands in total surrender to you on this day.

Lord, I’m hurting; the pain sometimes feels too much to bear.

The uncertainty over the future sometimes fills my mind with fear and brings huge burdens to my heart.

I pray that you take away my pain so I may experience peace and faith in your unfailing love.

It is so comforting what you said in Revelation 21:4:

‘He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death’ or mourning or crying or pain, for the old order of things has passed away.”

Revelation 21:4

I thank you that you are close and that you’re always with me.

I pray for your healing and abundant grace to encircle me like never before.

In 2 Corinthians 12:9, apostle Paul wrote:

“But he said to me: “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

2 Corinthians 12:9

I ask for your angels of protection and comfort to surround me throughout the day.

Thank you that you are my Redeemer.
