Morning Prayer for Today – Forever Reign In My Life

My Holy Father,

I thank you and glorify your Holy name for this new day.

Many times you said not to fear, my Jesus. You said:

“Do not be afraid, little flock, for your Father has been pleased to give you the kingdom.”

Luke 12:32

Yet, my Lord, sometimes I feel afraid in the harsh trials of life.

Sometimes the darkness overwhelms me, and I grow discouraged as I face the uncertainties of life.

Sometimes I feel as if you are too far from me and the enemy has taken over my life.

In all these, Lord, I still look up to you.

I still raise my voice in your reverence.

I still bow at your throne of grace, and I firmly believe it shall be well with me by the blood of Jesus.

Because I know your word in Psalm 56:13:

For You have delivered my soul from death,
Indeed my feet from stumbling,
So that I may walk before God
In the light of the living.

Psalm 56:13

I claim victory in every situation and declare that Lord, you will forever reign in my life.
