King Jesus,
I come to you this day, thanking you for all you are in my life.
You are my rock Lord, shield, friend, and ever-present help in time of need.
You came to the world to bring us life and life in abundance. As you said in John 10:10:
“The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full.”
Through your death and resurrection at Calvary, you renewed our lives.
You gave us new hope, new strength, and lifelong healing. Just the way you promised. In Jeremiah 33:6, I read:
“Behold, I will bring to it health and healing, and I will heal them and reveal to them abundance of prosperity and security.”
Lord, today remember everyone in affliction, heal them of their diseases, heal them of the pain in their hearts, give them a fresh lease of life and shine through your mighty deeds in their lives.
Give the Christian body the desire to seek you more and teach us to value you above everything else.
In your mighty name, I pray, Amen.
