Morning Prayer for Today – Reshape My Mind

Dear Lord,

Many times I feel heavy in my heart from the disappointments of life.

Many times life has given me a cold stare contrary to the outcomes I would have wished for.

Many times I feel let down. I feel as if I’ve failed myself and failed other people.

With a dark cloud all over me, I have no idea how else to react amidst these disappointments.

Lord help me to focus on the price you paid for me at Calvary.

Through my disappointments, help me to draw closer to you.

Help me to see and learn vital lessons from them.

Reshape my mind so that the disappointments may shape me more into your ambassador to many others.

God help me to acknowledge the presence of Jesus in them and to see His unfailing love and grace for me.

In Jesus name I pray,
